Forage does not make credit decisions, originate loans, or extend credit. All credit, loan, and financial decisions are made solely by Participating Partners based on their own criteria.

4. How We Share Your Information
4.1 With Participating Partners
When you submit a form and provide your express written consent, we share your information with one or more Participating Partners so they may contact you directly with offers and information about debt consolidation, personal loans, credit products, insurance, and related financial services. Participating Partners may include banks, non-bank lenders, lead aggregators, comparison platforms, debt resolution companies, credit services, and marketing networks.
A current list of Participating Partner categories is available at foragecreditrelief.com/partners. This list is updated from time to time.
Once your information is shared with a Participating Partner, that partner's own privacy policy and data practices govern its use of your information.
4.2 With Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers that support our business, including web hosting, database hosting, email delivery, analytics, marketing attribution, consent verification (including ActiveProspect / TrustedForm), fraud prevention, and customer support. These providers are contractually required to use your information only for the purposes of providing services to Forage.

We may disclose your information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or government request; (b) enforce our Terms of Service; (c) detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues; (d) protect the rights, property, or safety of Forage, our users, or others.
4.4 In a Business Transfer
If Forage is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice on the Site before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
4.5 Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
Some of our sharing practices may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act. See Section 10 for your rights and how to exercise them.
5. TCPA and Consent to Be Contacted
When you check the consent box on our form and submit your information, you provide express written consent for Forage Credit Relief and Participating Partners to contact you at the telephone number(s) and email address(es) you provided, including via automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or pre-recorded voice, SMS text messages, ringless voicemails, and email, for purposes of marketing debt consolidation, loan, credit, insurance, and related financial products.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent in order to obtain any goods or services.
- Message and data rates may apply to text messages and data usage.
- You can revoke consent at any time by: (a) replying STOP to any SMS message; (b) following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing email; (c) contacting the specific sender directly to request removal; or (d) contacting Forage at privacy@foragecreditrelief.com.
- Revoking consent with Forage does not automatically revoke consent with Participating Partners who have already received your information; you must contact each Participating Partner separately.
6. Credit Inquiries
Some Participating Partners may perform a soft credit inquiry to show you estimated rates or eligibility. Soft inquiries do not affect your credit score and are not visible to other lenders reviewing your credit report.
If you choose to formally apply for a loan or credit product with a Participating Partner, that Partner may perform a hard credit inquiry, which may affect your credit score. Hard inquiries are performed by the Participating Partner, not by Forage, and are subject to that Partner's disclosures and your separate authorization.
7. FCRA Disclosure
Forage does not pull, furnish, or otherwise access information from consumer reporting agencies governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Any consumer reports, credit reports, or credit scores obtained in connection with products or services offered through Participating Partners are obtained by those Partners directly, subject to their own FCRA disclosures and your separate authorization.
8. Information We Do Not Collect
Forage does not request or collect on its own forms:
- Social Security Numbers
- Bank account numbers, routing numbers, or check images
- Credit or debit card numbers
- Driver's license numbers or government-issued ID numbers
- Passwords or account credentials
If you are asked for any of the above on a page that claims to be operated by Forage, do not provide the information and contact us at privacy@foragecreditrelief.com.
9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, web beacons, local storage, and similar technologies to:
- Remember your session and preferences
- Measure form completions and conversions
- Serve relevant advertisements on third-party platforms (including Meta, Google, and other advertising networks)
- Analyze traffic and user behavior through services such as Google Analytics
You may control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies. Refusing cookies may affect the functionality of the Site.
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. Because no industry standard has been finalized for DNT, our Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. Where required by state privacy law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as opt-out requests for sale and sharing of personal information.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have one or more of the following rights regarding your personal information.
